History of Monte Conventus Lodge No. 37

It was on the spring of 2005 when, after receiving the light in the Freemasonry, a group of brothers of Sinaloa, started to draw the way to take both orthodoxy and masonic quality of the Most Worshipful York Grand Lodge of Mexico F.&A.M. to this state.

It was a significant charge, but the will and desire of sharing the light of the fraternity were much bigger than the challenge.

Without meeting the membership quorum, it was established an ambitious chronogram of scouting and recruiting to bring to the life Monte Conventus Lodge.

The members were rising through the masonic stair with the support of the Most Worshipful York Grand Lodge of Mexico F.&A.M., Guadalajara Lodge No. 5, Atemajac Lodge No. 29 and Armonia Lodge No. 36. The brothers met both quantitative as the qualitative goal to start the administrative process, which finished with the dedication of a new temple to the glory of God.

On that way, on the night of Saturday, December 2nd, 2017, after twelve years of struggling, learning and joint growing, it started the official history of Monte Conventus Lodge No. 37. It was how the flame of the Most Worshipful York Grand Lodge of Mexico F.&A.M. came to Sinaloa, where it will lie forever.
